We currently have CSR projects in Mumbai, Punjab, Rajasthan and Kerala. Each of these projects aid a different sector of disenfranchised, underprivileged and deserving people in our country. BDH knows the importance of giving back to society and how much our social projects means to those we help.
Karthika Nair Memorial Rehab Centre for the Orthopedically Handicapped (by KNSS) - People with disabilities are the most vulnerable and the least attended segment of the society. Integration of people with disabilities, into the main stream is the ultimate goal of all disability services. Social and Economic rehabilitation are essential components to achieve integration of the disabled. Here the role of vocational training and rehabilitation is of utmost importance. We also provide placements in government offices and corporations for those at the Rehab Centre allowing them to earn a living and empowering them.
Gateway School of Mumbai (by the Keshavlal V. Bodani Education Foundation) – Promoting education, including special education and employment enhancing vocational skills especially among children, women, elderly, and the differently-able.
Akurli Primary School (Municipal School) – Providing software for grades 1 to 8(for English Medium Maharashtra State Board). Providing hardware in the form of projectors, an android box, pen-drives, speakers, wireless mouse, screens and mounting kits.
Twinkle School Virar (Municipal School) - Providing educational aid in the form of exam boards/blackboards, notebooks and logbooks.
Punjab University - Research work on laboratory ideas to market ready products on liposome technology platforms at a nano scale.
Ashok Nagar Municipal Secondary New Marathi School - Providing educational aid for students in the form of notebooks, stationary, computer trolleys and water coolers
Connecting Dreams Foundation - Provides youth with the opportunity to bring about a sustainable and scalable change by working along the lines of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals defined by the United Nations.
